About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Chef de Rang is responsible for the breakfast shift. The Chef de Rang reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Chef de Rang, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Working in all shifts of Breakfast
• Responsibility for the smooth workflow in Breakfast
• Planning, preparation and execution of the daily business
• Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards

As Chef de Rang, we expect from you:

• Professional experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage
• You are flexible, creative and team‑oriented
• You enjoy being a host
• Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
• Very good communication skills in German and English
