Chief Executive / Deputy Chief Executive - Operational Risk Officer (H / F / X)

Manpower Luxembourg is seeking an Operational Risk Officer to support the Operational Risk Unit of an important institutional client.

Job Description : Responsibilities

Support the migration of Operational Risk datasets to the institution’s dedicated platform, Mega Hopex .

Contribute to the development of internal processes and manuals related to the migration.

Assist in preparing the institution’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) quarterly report, including the collection of NFR indicators.

Contribute to the preparation of the Group-level NFR quarterly report.

Candidate Profile : Profile

University degree, ideally at postgraduate level, in Business, Economics, Finance , or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operational risk.

Excellent command of English (oral and written); additional EU languages are an asset.

Required Competencies

Professional experience with Mega Hopex , MS Office, and modern AI / Copilot tools.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Rigorous and analytical mindset, with creativity for problem-solving.

Strong interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
