Manpower Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Internal Control Officer to join the Internal Control Unit of a prestigious institutional client.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of the Internal Control Unit , your main duties will include:

• 
  

  Maintaining the Risk and Control Matrix in Hopex

  
  


• 
  

  Performing Control Testing (design and operating effectiveness testing)

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring proper linkage between the Risk & Control Matrix, institutional processes, and the outcomes of other control functions

  
  


• 
  

  Tracking actions and ensuring timely closure

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders

  
  

Candidate Profile:

 

• 
  

  University degree (Bachelor minimum) in Law, Political Science, Economics, Finance , or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Control

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent command of English (spoken and written); any additional EU language is an asset
  
   

  
  


• 
  

  Required competencies

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a client-focused, high-quality environment

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
