Responsibilities

• Strategize and lead the implementation of InkuA's global vision and mission, focusing on high-impact, collaborative projects.
• Oversee the creation and execution of strategic partnerships, enhancing InkuA's global presence and impact.
• Drive fundraising efforts to secure resources for expanding InkuA's reach and capabilities.
• Lead and inspire a diverse, remote team, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and inclusivity.
• Represent InkuA at global forums, acting as the face of the organization and advocating for accessible, impactful professional development.
• Meet InkuA leaders and help them set and achieve goals aligned with our organization.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Exceptional communication and partnership-building skills.
• Commitment to InkuA's ethos of empowerment, inclusivity, and sustainability.
• Leadership experience.
