The Position

The CEO is accountable for delivering the Company’s growth ambitions.

Core responsibilities include:

• Setting and executing strategic priorities that accelerate product commercialisation and entry into key industrial markets.
• Leading implementation of the business plan, including fundraising strategy and investor relations.
• Working alongside the current leadership team at Company HQ (Germany) and reporting to the board and shareholders.
• Opportunity to purchase equity in the Company.

The Ideal Candidate – Experience & Background

• Proven track record of taking deep‑tech and/or AI companies from inception to multi‑million‑euro ARR.
• 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience.
• 15+ years of international work with a strong network in technology‑driven industries.
• Demonstrated success in international strategic sales, partnerships and large‑corporate deal‑making.
• Experience within venture‑backed environments.
• Fluency in business English (German a plus).
