The Role: Four Pillars of Leadership Capital Formation as Strategic Narrative You'll raise $5M+ across institutional, crypto-native, and mission-aligned channels—not by chasing every check, but by crystallizing a story so coherent that the right capital finds you. You'll manage investor pipelines with the precision of a securities offering and the conviction of a movement builder. Within 100 days, you'll have identified capital or revenue opportunities sufficient to cover your own compensation; this isn't permission to be reckless; it's evidence of your conviction in your own thesis. Operational Excellence as Competitive Moat You'll build ImpactSoul's core operating system—decision rights, cadence, reporting infrastructure, and role clarity—in a way that transitions us from founder-driven fluidity to institutional durability without losing our edge. You'll recruit and retain executive leaders across product, technology, operations, legal, and capital. You'll make the decisions that keep us moving fast while protecting platform credibility. Asset Origination as Business Development You'll originate, negotiate, and close tokenization agreements for prominent, illiquid assets with real yields. This isn't spreadsheet work; it's relationship work. Asset owners, NGO partners, institutional investors, and regulatory bodies all need to believe in your vision and your competence. You'll develop yield growth strategies that align community incentives with asset stability and investor returns. You'll represent ImpactSoul across strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, institutions, and government-aligned stakeholders. Platform Integrity as Non-Negotiable You'll oversee end-to-end compliance—SEC regulations (Reg CF, potentially Reg D/S), KYC/AML, token mechanics, reserve pool solvency, yield distribution auditability. You'll guide the technical roadmap through MVP, beta, and scale, managing the tradeoffs between engineering feasibility, regulatory defensibility, and economic viability. You'll work with external counsel and auditors to preempt risk and maintain institutional credibility. This is where innovation meets accountability. Experience We're Looking For CEO-level or equivalent P&L ownership in capital-intensive, high-accountability environments (fintech, capital markets, blockchain, infrastructure)Led $25M+ in capital formation across institutional, mission-aligned, or crypto-native channelsExecutive ownership of end-to-end product development in compliance-sensitive or regulated domainsDeep fluency in blockchain systems, token mechanics, asset tokenization, or decentralized financeTrack record navigating securities law, risk structuring, and multi-jurisdictional complianceLeadership in philanthropy, impact investing, ESG, or regenerative business contextsProven ability to recruit, retain, and manage cross-functional leadership teams in early-stage, high-stakes environments What Makes You Right For This You've probably built something that mattered. We're looking for someone whose success is structurally tied to ours. Cash base: $250,000–$300,000 (we expect you to source additional revenue or capital within 100 days to cover this and demonstrate your conviction) Equity + Token Allocation: Flexible and weighted toward candidates who lean into long-term ownership. We're actively seeking a CEO willing to convert material portions of cash into performance equity, token allocations, and governance rights.
