For our headquarters in Sehnde near Hanover, Germany, we are lookingfor the next possible date for a:

• Source determination – selection and evaluation of national and international suppliers
• Source optimization in collaboration with the SRM
• Commercial/technical qualification of supplier feedback, quotations, and order confirmations, as well as subsequent entry in the SAP system
• Conducting price, terms, and contract negotiations
• Independent procurement of goods and services
• Resolving and preventing complaints and clarifications with suppliers and our Customer Service
• Independent monitoring and processing of worklists in the SAP system
• Close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, and Expediting
• Continuous communication with the relevant departments to optimize interface processes
• Design and support in expanding supplier relationships

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Initial experience in purchasing, ideally in a trading environment or project purchasing
• Very good German and good English skills (spoken/written)
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
• Experience with KPIs and process optimization
• Independent, structured, and diligent working style
• High adaptability in an agile work environment
