Your qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Asset Management business with the full picture from front to back office
Strong client reporting knowledge and experience would be a distinct advantage
Strong report analysis and data analysis knowledge would be a distinct advantage
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Advanced PowerBI and PowerBI Report Builder would be a distinct advantage
Languages: Business fluent English and German; other languages such as French are a plus
Focus on details and precise work in BAU
Excellent communication skills with strong people skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving
A team-player with the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively with a “speak up” attitude and mindset
Strong analytical mindset with proven and solid problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions with strategic thought
Frankfurt based and office presence majority of the time

Your tasks

Overseeing the regular automated client reporting production
Investigating production issues, approaching stakeholder to resolve issues and re-start report
Creation of client reports semi-manually
Communication with important stakeholders such as Distribution, Product Specialists to solve problems
Contact for the client reporting portal, user management and answering questions/issues around the client portal
