Your missions

As Client Reporting / Data Analyst Manager , you will:

• Develop, improve, and operate advanced Python‑based machine learning models used for client reporting
• Apply quantitative analysis and data mining techniques to understand client behavior and support strategic decisions
• Lead the definition of metrics and the execution of impactful A/B testing initiatives
• Translate business and client requirements into scalable technical and analytical solutions
• Produce and maintain ad‑hoc analyses using Excel, Python, or SQL depending on business needs
• Design and maintain scalable data processes supporting operational and reporting activities
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Own the full lifecycle of data products, from concept and development to deployment and iteration

Your ideal profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data science
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Proven experience with data models, statistical analysis, and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills, able to present insights to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Natural problem‑solver with a holistic understanding of business processes
• Background in financial services, credit servicing, or debt purchasing is a strong asset
• Fluent in English and German
