global Life Sciences staffing company
with over
50 employees across 6 offices
in the UK, Europe, the US, and APAC.

With a strong track record of success in the German market over the past 10 years, the company is now launching its
German operations
and looking for a senior professional to lead this expansion.

The Opportunity

As
Client Services Director (Germany)
, you'll be the first hire in-country and play a pivotal role in building the client services function. You'll focus 100% on
client development
—expanding relationships within existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships across Germany's Life Sciences market.
• Penetrate existing client organizations to win roles in new departments and divisions.
• Win contract, temporary, and permanent roles and partner with delivery teams outside Germany to fill them.
• Collaborate with multilingual delivery teams, including German-speaking resourcers.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the German business, with the potential to
  build and lead a local team
  (3–4 people in the next few years).

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Life Sciences recruitment (contract, temp, or perm).
• Strong business development background and client relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build teams.
• Fluent in
  German and English
  .
