### Your TaskAs an **Architect**, you will understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. In this customer-oriented role, you will develop and extend the platform of the Open Telekom Cloud platform.#### Responsibilities* Improve the platform architecture while taking IT security seriously* Design and develop innovative platform and software-as-a-service features* Serve as a trusted advisor for OpenStack-based public cloud technology* Perform hands-on work on a console to back your architectural work* Consistently automate with common automation frameworks* Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner### Your ProfileWe are looking for an experienced **Architect** with strong technical background in cloud technologies, particularly OpenStack, and infrastructure automation skills to develop and extend the Open Telekom Cloud platform.#### Must Have Skills* Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training* 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies* Very good knowledge of software, cloud and container architectures* Experience in infrastructure automation* In-depth knowledge of Linux, system tools and network related services* Strong customer orientation* Knowledge of agile development processes* Mentoring and presentation skills* Ability to assess technical solutions and come up with creative approaches* Fluency in written and spoken English* Must be working in the European Union to meet clients' data security and privacy requirements#### Nice to Have Skills* OpenStack experience* Programming experience in OpenSource projectsAt **T-Systems**, you will find groundbreaking projects that contribute to social and ecological well-being.
