Its primary function is to process business data – such as transactions and customer information – and generate documents (e.g., PDFs) for various customer communication channels and archives.

Als Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Du bist für alle Aspekte des Cloud Engineerings verantwortlich, einschließlich Aufbau der Cloud‑Infrastruktur, Einrichtung von CI/CD‑Pipelines, Implementierung von Monitoring‑ und Automatisierungstools, Performance‑Optimierung und Lösung von Produktionsproblemen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Production Support, Deployment‑Teams sowie Entwicklungsteams in Rumänien und Deutschland zusammen, um die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit unserer Cloud‑Ressourcen sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung von technischem Fachwissen zur OMS‑Anwendung, einschließlich Geschäftsprozesse, Anwendungsarchitektur und Infrastrukturkonfiguration
• Automatisierung von Echtzeit‑Monitoring, technischen Workarounds und weiteren Routineaufgaben, einschließlich Deployments
• Verwaltung der Applikationskonfiguration, einschließlich Disaster Recovery, Backup und Restore sowie Netzwerkeinrichtung in der Produktionsumgebung; Sicherstellung, dass der Tech‑Stack aktuell ist und eigenständige Leitung wichtiger Infrastruktur‑ und Software‑Upgrades
• Durchführung von Post‑Mortems nach Vorfällen und Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen zur Minimierung von Auswirkungen und zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen; Sicherstellung, dass Fehlerbehebungen und stabilitätsrelevante Features im Entwicklungs‑Backlog priorisiert werden
• Aufbau von Deployment‑Pipelines, Bereitstellung neuer Cloud‑Ressourcen und Implementierung geeigneter Infrastruktur‑Tools
• Integration von KI‑Technologien zur Verbesserung des Production Supports, der Infrastrukturwartung, des Monitorings und des Performance‑Managements

Your Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in the OMS application, including business workflows, application architecture, and infrastructure configuration
• Automate real‑time monitoring, technical workarounds and other routine tasks, including deployments
• Manage application configuration, including disaster recovery, backup and restore, and network setup in the production environment; ensure the tech stack is current and lead essential infrastructure and software upgrades end‑to‑end
• Conduct post‑mortems for incidents and take necessary actions to minimize impact and prevent recurrence; ensure bug fixes and stability‑related features are prioritized in the development backlog
• Build deployment pipelines, provision new cloud resources and implement appropriate infrastructure tooling
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance production support, infrastructure maintenance, monitoring and performance management

Deine Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

• Praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud‑Infrastrukturen, vorzugsweise in großen Unternehmensumgebungen; Erfahrung mit Google Cloud ist von Vorteil
• Praxiserfahrung mit Docker und Kubernetes in realen Umgebungen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen (z.B. Bash) zur Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit komplexen Unternehmensanwendungen
• Vertrautheit mit CI/CD‑Frameworks und Deployment‑Pipelines
• Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (IaC), insbesondere Terraform, ist von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
• Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse

Your Skills And Experiences

• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably within large corporate environments; experience with Google Cloud is a plus
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in real‑world settings
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash) to automate routine tasks
• Experience working with complex enterprise applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and deployment pipelines
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially Terraform, is advantageous
• Strong problem‑solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
