Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: You will participate in the execution and documentation of Functional Performance Tests (FPT) and Dynamic Performance Tests (DPT) of the Control & Protection (C&P) hardware and software, including customer acceptance tests, at our test center in Germany.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating factory tests of C&P hardware at subcontractors (acceptance tests).You will be responsible for creating and performing test sequences for the Open Loop Control system.You will be responsible for the technically flawless, on-time, and cost-efficient commissioning of HVDC systems on-site (worldwide).You will support the commissioning management in quality, risk, and claim management.You will participate in improvement programs (e.g., Lean, reviews, and lessons learned). Work Experience & Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or comparable qualification/training, or a completed technician training (Elektrotechniker).Good knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Power system protection / protection relays & BCUs (DIGSI / Siprotec V4/5)Testing using MATLAB/SIMULINKSiemens SIMATIC TDC/S7, CFCKnowledge or ideally professional experience in the field of electrical power supply and commissioning of electrical systems or HVDC plants.Knowledge of current and voltage transformers and other primary components.Good German and English language skills.Willingness to travel and availability for predominantly long-term assignments on construction sites in Germany and abroad, and optionally on offshore platforms.You are a team player, communicative, show initiative, handle conflicts positively, and are able to make decisions.
