The post forms part of the community administration team and provides vital reception and clerical/administrative support to clinical services as required, working flexibly within agreed procedures and protocols. It will include reception duties, data input, record management and general typing. The post holder will have frequent contact with patients, members of the public and staff, and may also contact records officers across NHSGGC and other board areas and schools. At all times, a courteous and professional manner is expected. The post holder will also support generic functions and duties administered within the community administration service as required.

Base location – Renfrewshire Community Clinics.
