Summary:

Indegene is looking for a bilingual Legal Professional to work with our EU-based client and serve as a legal reviewer as part of the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review team. Responsibilities: Legal reviewer will serve as the legal representative on cross-functional Medical/Regulatory/Legal (MLR) review teams to provide legal feedback and direction on advertising, promotional, educational, disease awareness, medical, corporate communications, and other materials submitted for review. Review promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance with local and international regulations, including regulations in the DACH region. Review actions of sales and scientific staff to ensure legal, regulatory, and medical compliance. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws, particularly in handling patient data and sensitive information. Provide legal guidance on the reporting of adverse events and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Identify legal risks and provide proactive strategies to mitigate potential legal issues that may arise in the course of business operations. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, regulatory affairs, and research and development, to provide legal insights and ensure a cohesive approach to business activities.

Requirements:

Advanced law degree, and a minimum of 5 years of related pharma experience. Previous experience in promotion and advertising (2-3 years); familiarity with trademark, copyright, and licensing issues in advertising; expertise in German regulations. Ability to deliver complex projects against a timeline Strong communication skills (active listening, verbal, and written) Systematic thinking/mindset for resolving problems and tackling opportunities Effective teamwork skills; able to adapt to diverse interpersonal styles Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels and functional boundaries.
