Overview

Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities
  • Arrange and control Configuration Change Committees (CCC)
  • Create agendas and record minutes of meetings
  • Control change management lifecycles in the 3DX PLM tool
  • Create status accounting reports
  • Support change management at all organizational levels
  • Support the organizational roles and responsibilities definition
  • Track and report change management issues
  • Manage CCC stakeholders
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Ensure all change data is completed prior to change release
  • Be the project change control focal point
  • Take responsibility for supporting one or more projects
  • Control of change life cycles, from development to serial production
  • Control of program-specific change documents and data within PLM libraries

Qualifications

  • 3 years (minimum) experience and knowledge of configuration management and change control principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience with PLM software tools (Enovia 3DX preferred)
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change control
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Must have good organization skills
  • Good knowledge of English and German language
  • Structured, independent, accurate and solution oriented work
  • Decision-making capacity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team player and ability to work collaboratively
