Construction Site Planner (Stade)

Requirements (experience, education, special skills, software, etc.)

Planner with extensive on-site experience in industrial projects. Strong expertise in the use of Primavera P6. High level of English proficiency. Experience in LNG plants is preferred.

Main activities / responsibilities

• Receipt, review, and issuance of comments on weekly construction reports issued by on-site contractors and by the main contractor from the home office (construction scope).
• Receipt, review, and issuance of comments on monthly construction reports issued by on-site contractors and by the main contractor from the home office (construction scope).
• Support to site management in the preparation of construction inputs for the client’s internal reports.
• Daily and weekly monitoring of Level IV construction schedules and associated activities, and verification against the overall Level III project schedule.
• Review and provision of comments on monthly construction schedules issued by contractors, and internal distribution for review and feedback on site.
• Weekly detailed review of site construction progress by discipline and contractor, as well as integrated overall project progress.
• Monitoring of direct and indirect labor hours consumption on site.
• Preparation of the integrated weekly construction progress report, if applicable.
• Attendance and active participation in weekly and monthly meetings with contractors.
• Review and provision of comments on project control documents prepared by contractors.
• Leadership and support to both the site team and the home office team on all matters related to construction planning and control.
• Review and coordination of the EPC project schedule at site, providing feedback to the EP scope if required, and facilitating schedule follow‑up on site.
• Daily and weekly monitoring of Level IV construction schedules and related activities, with verification against the overall Level III project schedule.
• Review and provision of comments on monthly EPC construction schedules issued by contractors.

Position requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a Science‑related discipline, depending on experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong command of office software tools.
• Extensive experience in the use of Primavera P6.
• Proven field/on‑site experience.

• The planner will be assigned to the project site.
