Siemens Energy

Consultant Corporate Business Procedures (f/m/d) – ZRG

Stellenbeschreibung:

About the Role

As a Corporate Business Procedures Consultant (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you will shape how internal business is conducted worldwide, ensuring compliance, consistency, and alignment with the company’s overall interests. You will support the application and continuous development of the Corporate Business Procedures (ZRG), collaborating with governance owners, corporate expert functions, and business units to ensure ZRG rules are clearly defined, correctly interpreted, and consistently applied across regions, business areas, and legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern and support the application of Corporate Business Procedures (ZRG) across Siemens Energy, ensuring alignment with the SE Constitution, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and support updates, clarifications, and reviews of ZRG content in collaboration with governance owners and corporate expert functions (e.g., Legal, Finance, Taxes, Customs, Export Control).
  • Advise stakeholders on the correct interpretation and application of ZRG rules, including conditions, deviations, payment terms, and complex business constellations.
  • Support the company-wide regulations process by ensuring ZRG rules are consistently structured, transparent, and aligned with the overall interest of Siemens Energy.
  • Act as a central point of contact for governance-related inquiries, providing clear guidance while distinguishing advisory responsibilities from business decision-making.
  • Promote compliance with core ZRG principles and prepare governance analyses to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable field.
  • Extensive experience in process governance, regulatory management, compliance, internal policies, or corporate governance in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, internal business rules, contractual principles, and intercompany business models.
  • Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance.
  • Experience with cross‑border business constellations and stakeholder collaboration across functions and regions.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Benefits

  • Attractive remuneration package in line with the market, complemented by an employer‑financed company pension scheme.
  • Opportunity to become a Siemens Energy shareholder.
  • Flexible and remote working options with inspiring office spaces to support collaboration and creativity.
  • Extensive professional and personal development programmes and learning materials.
  • Family-friendly offers such as flexible working‑time models, childcare places at many locations, trial part‑time work, and sabbaticals.

Our Commitment to Diversity

We value equal opportunities and welcome applications from people with disabilities. We run on inclusion and celebrate all nationalities, backgrounds, genders, ages, religions, identities, and disabilities. We energize society together and do not discriminate based on differences.
