• You take ownership of the strategic management of our lending products, with a focus on optimising both volumes and margins.
• In overseeing our products, you combine strong analytical thinking with creative ideas to further develop and enhance our offering.
• You drive cross-functional projects forward with clarity, pace, and conviction, ensuring successful delivery.
• Risk management remains front of mind: you continuously monitor risks, assess market trends with confidence, and apply insights that improve our products and increase process efficiency. You operate comfortably at the intersection of entrepreneurial thinking and regulatory requirements.
• Using data-driven analyses and robust business cases, you set strategic direction, translate complex topics into clear and compelling presentations, and enable fast, well-informed decision-making.
• You also ensure full transparency of performance and drive continuous improvement. Your reporting goes beyond reflecting the status quo, highlighting actionable levers to increase customer retention and generate additional business.
• Collaboration is central to everything you do: you work independently with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Customer Interaction, Service, Risk) and ensure alignment through clear guidelines, working methods, and processes.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in product and pricing management, with a solid understanding of banking products and financial services, ideally in consumer lending and/or mortgage financing
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience in analytical tools and programming languages such as SAS, Python, or R
• A genuine affinity for data and numbers
• A structured, conceptual way of thinking paired with a strong focus on results
• A passion for innovation and a focus on sustainable solutions
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
