The GCS Content Delivery Manager is a member of the Global Commercial Services (GCS)’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and reports to the Omnichannel Delivery Director. The GCS Content Delivery Manager is responsible for the development of content production services within the market, and project‑managing the production of marketing assets for the market and the omnichannel pod.
The GCS Content Delivery Manager is accountable for working with the local Digital Managers to deploy GCS Production and Creative Services within the Market Business Units and the omnichannel pod. The individual in this role must have the ability to effectively partner, influence and challenge key stakeholders to drive adoption of and performance of the GCS content production capabilities. The individual must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of existing “business as usual” (BAU) production as well as the expansion of additional services.
The GCS Content Delivery Manager requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, solid understanding of process solutions and cultural awareness to develop and motivate their respective direct and indirect team members located among multiple partners and production centers around the world. The candidate will ensure transparency of risks across all the different internal and external teams. The position requires business acumen, strong project management skills, as well as understanding of marketing solutions and awareness of how to create customer‑centric omnichannel experiences for the customers.
