Content Moderator (German + English)

Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible professionals to join our team as Content Moderators for the Global E-Commerce (GEC) project. In this role, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, good judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
• Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content
• Make consistent and rational decisions when reviewing content
• Maintain high accuracy and quality while processing large volumes of content
• Manage peak queue volumes during promotional seasons
• Escalate complex or unclear cases according to internal procedures
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and trusted online environment

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong moderation and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Ability to cope with high workloads during peak periods
• Strong customer service mindset, empathy, and rational decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Working Schedule

24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

3 Rotational Shifts

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

Days Off

2 rotational days per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary competitve + Meal Allowance: €100 × 11 months
