We’re Hiring: Contract & Claim Manager (Offshore Projects)

T.I.S. GmbH is a specialized engineering and consulting company with more than 20 years of experience in offshore wind energy projects. We support leading international clients in the delivery of complex offshore and infrastructure projects across Europe.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for Contract & Claim Managers (CCM) to support large-scale offshore and infrastructure projects in the energy sector.

Your Role

As a Contract & Claim Manager, you will independently manage commercial, contractual, and claim-related topics within complex offshore projects and act as a key interface between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently organize and execute assigned Contract & Claim Management (CCM) topics
• Manage and assess claims, variations, and contractual risks
• Coordinate commercial and contractual matters with internal and external stakeholders
• Support schedule preparation and monitoring (e.g. project plans, payment schedules)
• Work with complex contracts under German law (e.g. BGB, FIDIC, NEC, VOB/B )
• Prepare regular reports on services delivered, meetings, business trips, and forecasts
• Use project and document management tools (e.g. ThinkProject, MS Project ) and MS Office

Your Profile

• Experience in Contract & Claim Management within large infrastructure or offshore projects
• Background in one or more of the following areas:

-Offshore platforms, converters, cables, industrial plant construction

-Civil engineering, earthworks, UXO, geological investigations

• Proven experience with complex works and services contracts (BGB, FIDIC, NEC, VOB/B or similar)
• Solid legal understanding and strong conflict management skills
• Experience working in large, international project teams
• English: C1 minimum (mandatory)
• German: ideally B2–C1

Experience Levels

We are open to Senior and Expert profiles:

• Senior: 5–8 years of relevant project experience
• Expert: 8+ years of relevant project experience
