Controller-Systems & Reporting (Media Industry) (m/f/d)

Your Role As a Controller with a focus on controlling systems, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our reporting and controlling landscape within a leading media company. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, setting up new reports and dashboards, and managing and mapping master data. In this position, you will closely collaborate with various departments, IT, and management to enable efficient and transparent business steering.Build, maintain, and further develop controlling and reporting systems (e.g., BI tools, ERP interfaces)Design, implement, and maintain new reports and dashboards to support management decisionsTake responsibility for master data maintenance (e.g., cost centers, accounts, organizational structures) within the controlling environmentSet up and manage data mappings between source systems and reporting toolsEnsure data quality, consistency, and validation across systemsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with analyses and reportsCollaborate with IT on system enhancements, automation, and interface optimizationProvide training and user support for internal stakeholders on reports and systems Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in Controlling, ideally within a media company or data-driven environmentStrong knowledge of common controlling and reporting tools (e.g., SAP CO BI, Power BI, S4Hana or similar)Solid understanding of data structures, master data management, and interface logicAnalytical and process-oriented mindset with a structured and solution-driven approachExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsGood command of English (spoken and written) Your Team You will be part of an international financial team that is creating this exciting position in a dynamic media environment with high levels of responsibility and creative freedom.
