Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – German-speaking – Luxembourg – Fiduciary

• Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, including SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPFs, from incorporation to liquidation.
• Draft and review corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions, minutes, statutory changes, and annual accounts.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure proper filing with the relevant authorities.
• Act as a main point of contact for German-speaking clients, liaising with banks, notaries, auditors, and administrations.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (accounting, tax, compliance, investment funds) to provide comprehensive client service.
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – German-speaking – Luxembourg – Fiduciary

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate administration or company law in Luxembourg.
• Fluent in German and French, with a very good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate structures (SOPARFIs, SPFs, SCSp).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
