Corporate Secretary -Belgian Border

Our client, an independent fiduciary firmly established in Luxembourg (right by the Belgian border), supports an international clientele in the structuring and administration of investment vehicles such as Private Equity, Real Estate, and Venture Capital funds.

As part of its ongoing development, the firm is now looking to recruit a Corporate Secretary - Alternative Funds (2-5 years of experience) to join its dedicated and expert team.

Your Role

Working closely with the partners and legal team, you will play a key role in the legal and administrative lifecycle management of alternative investment funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, SLPs).

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Managing the registration processes of funds with the CSSF
• Overseeing subscriptions and investments for unregulated SLPs
• Preparing and organising board meetings, shareholders' meetings, and related legal documentation
• Liaising with authorities, lawyers, AIFMs, banks, and other service providers
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining up-to-date documentation

Your Profile

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary / Corporate Officer / Legal Officer within the alternative funds sector
• Solid understanding of CSSF procedures and a good grasp of Luxembourg SLPs
• Prior experience within a PSF, AIFM, or fiduciary active in Private Equity or Real Estate is highly valued
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and team-minded, with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English (both required)
