Corporate Secretary and Governance (m/f/d)

As Corporate Secretary and Governance (m/f/d) at PIMCO Prime Real Estate GmbH ("PPRE") you will play a central role in the administration and governance of various Special Purpose Vehicles ("SPV") managed by PPRE in Europe. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who ensures compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements while supporting the effective operation of our SPVs in close collaboration with internal PPRE stakeholders and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to relevant corporate governance, legal and regulatory requirements for multiple European SPVs managed by PPRE
• Coordinate and prepare board meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions
• Collaborate with directors, shareholders, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and decision-making processes.
• Ensure required filings and reporting obligations, and maintain accurate corporate records for the SPVs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support and advice to the management team as needed

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a comparable position, ideally within the financial services or SPV management sector
• Strong understanding of European corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong communication skills in German and English; French language skills are an asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively and to work independently
• Strong team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
