Cost Deployment Engineer (all genders)

About the Role

As a direct interface to plant controlling, you are closely familiar with the costs of ongoing production. Your main focus is on optimizing series products, identifying cost drivers, and uncovering opportunities for cost improvement. Your area of responsibilities include:

• Assessing the impact of product and process changes
• Taking responsibility for comprehensive cost management within the production process
• Analyzing and monitoring production costs for ongoing series production as well as for new products
• Working with your team to identify cost-saving targets and ensuring their timely implementation
• Acting as the interface between the production plant and international controlling in close cooperation with plant controlling
• Continuously developing production cost calculation methodologies in collaboration with adjacent functions, ensuring aligned approaches for personnel and machine cost calculations
• Actively participating in production projects and contributing expertise to the planning and implementation of cost-efficient solutions

About You

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in cost management and cost analysis, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an independent and structured working style
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Confident communication skills in both German and English
