CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

As a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of the AIR European team, responsible for developing and executing the strategies across paid and owned channels to drive intent, loyalty, and retention for Shisha‑World, OOKA and other AIR brands. Your mission is to design and execute data‑driven strategies that acquire new leads, nurture them into loyal customers, and maximize their lifetime value. You will leverage paid and owned channels to drive engagement, conversion, and retention, delivering a measurable positive impact on our ROI.

Main Responsibilities / What You Will Do

  • Develop & execute the lifecycle strategy : create and implement a multi‑channel marketing strategy (email, social, messaging, web) that is focused on growing the leads, converting a qualified B2C & B2B lead pipeline into loyal customers, directly supporting customer retention & CAC goals.
  • Channel growth & management : design campaigns focused on converting owned & paid media traffic and other channels into a qualified lead pipeline. Build and optimize automated nurture ng journeys to accelerate conversion.
  • Data collection : identify opportunities to improve our online and offline data collection, enabling more sophisticated personalization and automation use cases.
  • Campaign analysis : monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and journeys, measure ROI, derive actionable insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Audience : conduct audience research and leverage data to drive advanced segmentation, targeting, dynamic personalization across all communications.
  • Loyalty & referral program setup & management : play a leading role in the development and expansion of the loyalty & referral programs with a focus on engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Cross‑channel campaigns : champion a more coordinated approach to customer communications across CRM and digital.
  • Innovation : propose new ideas, experiment with trends, and use data‑driven insights to refine strategies.

Experience & Skills / What You Will Bring

  • A blend of CRM and performance marketing experience of 6‑8 years within e‑commerce and / or omnichannel environment - comfortable spanning both areas strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Zoho CRM) and good understanding of the MarTech.
  • Demonstrated data‑driven decision making, analytical capability and problem‑solving oriented.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong, customer centricity approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, prioritize, and elevate issues when needed.
  • Have a good eye for creative execution and overall aesthetics for CRM channels.
  • Experience working with or overseeing agencies.
  • Education required : Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related subject.
  • Fluency in English, German is a big plus.
