About The Client

Our client is a fast-growing company in the iGaming industry, dedicated to delivering top‑tier player experiences through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies. They are now looking for a Danish‑speaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level!

The Role

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top‑tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create personalized, data‑driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.
  • Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in‑platform messaging.
  • Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.
  • Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.
  • A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.

Who Our Client is Looking For

  • Fluent Danish speaker , with strong proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of CRM experience , preferably within iGaming, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms.
  • Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies.
  • Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
