The Role
As CRM Manager you will oversee all aspects of our Customer Relationship Management system, focusing on optimizing Net Promoter Score (NPS), review collection, transactional communication, and campaign emails, as well as managing B2B mailings and nurturing campaigns to build long‑term client relationships.
What you will do
- Design and execute transactional emails that are timely, personalised and optimised for engagement and conversion.
- Plan, create and run targeted email campaigns across customer segments to boost engagement, retention and upsell.
- Develop and manage B2B communication strategies, including newsletters, product updates and educational content, to nurture relationships and support business growth.
- Implement automated nurturing programmes that guide leads and prospects through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimise the Salesforce database, supporting migration from HubSpot Marketing Hub to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensuring accurate data integration across both platforms.
- Develop segmentation strategies to reach the right audiences with relevant messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Evaluate lead‑generation and nurturing channels, continuously optimizing for higher ROI.
- Analyse CRM data to define, track and report on key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights for decision making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, sales operations, customer service and other business units to align CRM activity with broader objectives.
- Communicate challenges, opportunities and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders, facilitating adoption and adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience managing CRM in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot and other email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Creative, strategic mindset and passion for customer engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong project‑management skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
