Customer Experience Specialist

We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include: Handling all customer support queries on products and services Being the single point of contact for customers Providing service support to customers Qualifying and log customer cases in CRM system Updating documentation when required Working closely with system support and solution delivery teams Applying swarming methodology standards on case resolution

The successful candidate will have: Experience in a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Experience working with CRM systems - SalesForce preferable A customer focused attitude Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure Experience with Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
