About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist (German Market) , you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and creating positive customer experiences.

What youll do (max. 3):

Provide professional customer support via phone, email, or chat in German

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction

Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality

Requirements

German: C2 level

EU passport or valid Greece work permit is mandatory

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
