Customer Innovation Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Job Description

Customer Innovation Manager drives development of the OTC function, including part‑time options (80%+ possible). The role manages collaboration with customers in the DACH region and governs the DACH Route To Market productivity agenda.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic concepts to develop a competitive customer collaboration approach within Joint Value Creation (JVC) framework (40%): execute JVC framework, align sales, build presentations to drive internal & external agendas.
• Lead key projects for the DACH OTC organization (40%): drive productivity projects and customer innovation projects with external stakeholders (GS1, customers, peers).
• Drive the RTM productivity agenda across DACH with strong analytical skills and governance, collaborating with Customer Supply Chain Leads (20%): perform cost‑to‑serve analytics, proactively identify inefficiencies, develop action plans, and enhance RTM productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Sales, OTC, Customer Collaboration).
• Fluent English; German language skills considered a plus.
• Strong end‑to‑end understanding of the CS&L function.
• Preferable commercial experience in Marketing or Sales.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.
