• Independent handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email
• Taking on additional tasks that support the operational business in our call centers
• Close collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows
• Supporting the quality team to ensure quality standards
• Assisting in documenting workflows in German and English

Who You Are

• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
• Initial experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and Zendesk is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
• Quick comprehension, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative
• Hands‑on mentality and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
