As of now, we're looking for an AI-NLP Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Manager to help enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our AI-driven requirements intelligence platform. You will guide customers from onboarding through adoption, provide ongoing enablement, and act as a trusted advisor. A key focus will be developing concepts, best practices, and enablement materials that accelerate adoption and empower users to realize value quickly. By supporting efficient customer adoption processes and reinforcing disciplined project management within client teams, you will enable organizations to adopt our platform at scale and achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide enterprise clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth setup, early adoption, and effective use of the platform.
  • Perform hands-on data preparation and ETL to bring in or leverage customer datasets.
  • Develop best practice showcases using our AI platform on customer data to demonstrate and to further develop value creation.
  • Strongly contribute to the creation and delivery of enablement materials, best practices, and playbooks to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Strongly contribute to the establishment and scaling of efficient customer adoption processes.
  • Lead disciplined project management with client teams, leveraging JIRA and Confluence to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.

About You:
  • Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing enterprise software roles.
  • Hands-on experience with data preparation, ETL, and enterprise datasets.
  • Comfortable conducting product demos and showcases for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Skilled at creating enablement resources like guides, tutorials, and playbooks.
  • Strong collaborator and communicator, able to partner with clients, product, and engineering teams.
  • Experienced with project management in the enterprise domain, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and delivery using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
