Who You Are

You thrive on building trust, listen closely, and communicate clearly. With experience in a software company’s customer‑facing roles—especially adoption, renewals, and growth—you are organized, resourceful, and comfortable collaborating with account managers and other KNIMErs to drive success. Excellent English and German language skills are required.

That’s the Job

• Identify, outreach, and engage potential customers.
• Support customers through product onboarding and adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders within each account.
• Partner with Account Managers to execute growth strategies and growth initiatives for our customers.
