One of our clients (AI B2B SaaS in LegalTech) is looking for Customer Success Managers from SMB to Enterprise (m/f/d) speaking German on a native level to join their Customer Success team. The company has scaled from 100k to 4m EUR ARR this year and is on a crazy momentum - we look forward to receiving your applications!

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Implementation: Lead the integration of the tool into client workflows, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Training & Enablement: Run workshops, demos, and enablement sessions that help users embrace the tool’s AI capabilities as an everyday tool.
  • Customer Partnership: Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers with a consultative, strategic approach — becoming a trusted advisor and thought partner.
  • Success Metrics: Track adoption, utilization, and ROI metrics to drive measurable client success and renewal readiness.
  • Advocacy & Engagement: Build deep relationships and transform users into internal champions.
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Proactively identify risks and opportunities for expansion through data insights and engagement.
  • Feedback Loop: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Legal Engineering teams.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales during handoffs and renewal cycles to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel within the DACH region may be required for client visits and workshops.

What You Have

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS account management.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex customer relationships — ideally in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with partners, CLOs, and senior executives.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Team‑oriented and collaborative — you thrive at the intersection of customer, product, and sales.
  • Legal or consulting background (e.g., law degree, experience in a law firm, or management consulting) is a strong plus.
  • Native‑level German and professional English fluency.
