Our client is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their dynamic team in the EMEA region. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless post-sales experience.Manage onboarding and training for new customers, helping them achieve quick time-to-value.Monitor customer health metrics, usage data, and satisfaction scores to identify risks and opportunities.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate success metrics and ensure alignment with customer objectives.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the account management team.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience.Contribute to the development of customer success processes and best practices for the EMEA market. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role, preferably in SaaS, Technology, or Professional Services sectors.Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients across multiple EMEA countries.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer engagement.Ability to work independently in a remote and multicultural environment.
