Customer Support German Speaking

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with strong German language skills to join our international customer support team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Document customer interactions in internal systems
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• C1–C2 or Nativeproficiency in German language
• B2 or higher level of English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Computer and multitasking skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Willing to relocate to any EU country
