Customs Specialist

This role offers the chance to work within sea freight at a global freight forwarder supporting major verticals including retail, consumer goods, automotive and industrial.

The Role

• Prepare and submit sea freight import, export and transit customs declarations
• Handle import clearances
• Ensure compliance with German and EU customs regulations
• Work with customs systems such as Dakosy
• Communicate with customs authorities and internal teams
• Support customs audits and compliance checks

What They’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of import / export procedures and customs regulations
• Experience with digital customs declaration systems
• German and English language skills

• Salary up to €60,000
• 13th salary + Annual bonus scheme

The role is open to all experience levels, with a salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 .
