Cyber Third Party Risk Manager

This role focuses on managing regulatory compliance and governance for outsourced services and third-party IT providers within a regulated financial environment. You will play a key role in strengthening risk management frameworks and ensuring alignment with supervisory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations related to outsourcing and third-party IT services (e.g. MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, DORA).
• Develop and maintain a central outsourcing and third-party risk management framework, including process optimisation and digitalisation.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and support to decentralised service provider owners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as data protection and information security teams.
• Maintain governance, control, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Support internal and regulatory audits and act as Central Outsourcing Officer.

Requirements:

• Degree in business, economics, law, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant vocational training with additional certifications.
• Experience in outsourcing, vendor, or third-party risk management within a regulated financial environment preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and an interest in IT-related services.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of regulatory and supervisory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive working style.
