D365 Business Central BAU Consultant (UK Company, Remote) – Full right to work in EU required

Pearson Carter are currently recruiting a D365 BC Business As Usual Consultant for one of the UK's most reputable Solutions Partners. They are seeking a BAU consultant to be a senior functional specialist responsible for resolving complex and high-impact issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The consultant plays a key role in maintaining system stability, running small BAU projects, supporting small-scale enhancements, and driving continuous improvement, while mentoring the wider Support team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for the most complex and high-impact Business Central issues from 1st and 2nd Line Support.
• Deliver consultancy support for small BAU projects and small-scale customer enhancements, configuration changes, and minor functionality development.
• Engage directly with customers to gather, analyse, and document technical and functional requirements.
• Propose and validate functionally technical solutions that align with best practice, internal standards, and security requirements.

Experience

• Strong experience supporting Business Central implementations
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working understanding of AL, extensions, integrations, and APIs (within a support and enhancement context).
• Strong level of English

Salary

• A salary of up to €50k is available.

Location

• This role is fully remote, and will be paid through a standard Spanish contract with standard Spanish hours.
