We are searching for a DACH Market Architect to take a founder-level seat in their Berlin Mitte office and lead the German conquest from zero to one.
The Challenge: Strategic Chess in the Public Sector
This isn't a "plug-and-play" sales job. Navigating the German Schulträger (School Authorities) takes more than just persistence; it takes cognitive horsepower. You aren't just selling software; you are architecting the DACH sales engine.
- Strategic Hunting: You will map out complex multi‑stakeholder B2G environments, taking deals from cold outreach to pedagogy, procurement, and final signature
- The Moat: While the sales cycles require patience, they create an incredible competitive moat. Once you win, the revenue stacks, the churn is virtually zero, and the impact is massive
- Direct Impact: Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the Country Managing Director, you will adapt a global success formula to build the German market from scratch
Requirements
