Demand Planner (f/m/d)

Introduction

We are seeking a data‑driven demand planning specialist with strong analytical skills to support all sales and production sites.

Your Tasks

• Manage daily demand planning activities and support the creation of forecasts and annual budget planning
• Maintain and update article master data (article codes, production sites, discontinued items)
• Prepare special forecasts for sensitive product categories
• Participate in monthly meetings with all sales and production sites
• Analyze data, identify needs, and develop effective solutions
• Collect and evaluate internal and external data related to demand drivers
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to understand key drivers of the demand forecast
• Support the Business Controller with weekly and monthly sales reporting

Your Profile

• University degree with a focus on demand planning, supply chain, or a controlling‑related area
• Good affinity for numbers and a solid ability to understand data
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP and Jedox experience is a nice bonus
• Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations
• Basic understanding of seasonality and demand patterns
• Enjoys working with cross‑functional teams
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive
• Strong attention to detail
