Responsibilities

• Processing of reservations as well as check-in and check-out

• General administrative reception work

• Ensuring optimal guest care

• Contact person for colleagues from all departments

• Professional complaint management

• Deputising for the reception manager when absent

• Flexibility, commitment and team spirit

What you bring on board

• You like to ensure satisfied guests and a special atmosphere, because you enjoy working with people and like to take care of the well-being of others

• A completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry or professional experience in a comparable position or as a shift manager is a prerequisite, as well as the willingness to undergo further training and education

• Good knowledge of German

• High quality awareness and a structured way of working

• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
