What you’ll do

Join us as an experienced, team‑oriented, creative, innovative, and results‑driven Developer Associate (f/m/d) who likes to contribute to SAP’s sustainability portfolio. You will work on SAP S/4HANA for product compliance, designing, implementing, and testing software parts, and contributing throughout the product lifecycle.

• Be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing end‑to‑end software parts.
• Contribute to the whole product lifecycle (backlog definition, specification, design, implementation, QA, delivery, maintenance).
• Possess high software development skills and a passion to build high‑quality applications.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Work in an agile environment, self‑motivated, making decisions independently and being flexible.
• Collaborate with colleagues inside and outside your teams, as well as with customers and partners.
• Identify improvements and innovations in development processes and methodologies.

What you bring

• Degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge in software design patterns and software engineering.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Strong analytical and architectural skills.
• Experience in cloud technologies will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to acquire a deep understanding of new areas and technologies quickly.
• Self‑motivated and efficient team player who learns and adapts quickly.
• Constructive and open communication style with teammates and partners, customers, and stakeholders; fluent business English and German.
