A day in the life...

The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Analyst main responsbility is to facilitate the implementation and monitoring of DAM\'s KPI such as Timeliness, Accuracy and Completeness and ensure that Asset Audits are in place to safeguard the best-in-class quality of tagging in DAM and provide initiative ideas pertaining to Asset Audit process. They are also Subject Matter Experts in DAM.

The Analyst will also assist in the Basic Reporting needed by the markets such as but is not limited to: Asset Data Quality Reports, AOA Reports, Downloads Report, Asset Summary Report. They will do the Dispatching of assets as well ensuring that assets are given in an equal manner and based on the SPOC\'s market\'s assignments and expertise.

General Digital Asset Management

• End-to-end life cycle management ensuring assets are enriched upon assets\' publication
  • Enriched Tagging and publishing of assets
  • Archiving of old assets
  • Validation of product codes versus actual assets via SAP SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Asset Migration Activity uploading in behalf of the markets
  • Manage integration to different platforms and ensure smooth flow of assets
• Quality & Assurance
  • Ensure quality tagging of the team by adhering to DAM Tagging Rules and Guidelines GS1 Standards (for ECS Related Assets)
  • Work closely with DAM specialist on creation or upgrade of any Auditing Reports to supplement continuous improvement on accomplished tag assets by Content Management Associates
  • To make sure Content Management Associates tags assets required for re-tagging/re-work from findings of Content Management QA/QM activities
• Reporting
  • Generating Adhoc reports required by stakeholders (raw extraction / pivots)
  • Provides raw data that the Content Specialist will add to the PBI dashboard reporting
  • Quick summary of data exported from Content Hub including data sizing quick count raw data etc.
  • Product and Content Audits which covers:
    • Analysis of assets
    • Identifying of duplicates
    • Product Data Gaps
    • Prompt text data language translation
• Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate the process of re-onboarding of markets
  • Hosting single training sessions with stakeholders and users as requested by client
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Other General Activities

What Will Make You Successful

• University Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields

• Experience and interest in Branding and Marketing Communications

• Strong Business English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong analytical, organizational skills

• Excellent math abilities (statistical and logical) and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
