Key Responsibilities

• Own the clarity, structure, and documentation of business requirements across initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering, ensuring shared understanding.
• Manage several initiatives in parallel and switch context effectively as priorities evolve.
• Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and next steps by facilitating structured discussions and decision‑making between stakeholders.

Bring to the Team

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital, platform, or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical and delivery‑ready inputs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent topics in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent communication in English and confidence working with cross‑functional and international stakeholders.
