Digital Supply Chain & Technology Transformation Manager

We’re supporting a fast-growing digital consultancy in hiring a manager to lead projects in digital supply chain & technology transformation. This is a great role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, technology, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain transformation projects from strategy to implementation, delivering measurable business impact.
• Design and implement tech- and data-enabled supply chain strategies using AI, automation, and digital tools.
• Analyse processes, run workshops, and identify improvement opportunities across the value chain.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, digital strategy, and technology experts.
• Mentor and support junior team members to strengthen analytical and supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 4+ years’ experience in supply chain management, operations consulting, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in process optimisation, digital value chain redesign, and modern SCM systems.
• Experience with AI or data-driven tools to enhance supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
