POSITION IS LOCATED IN VILNIUS, LITHUANIA
The Director, Corporate Business Services plays a critical leadership role and oversees teams across Intelligent Automation (IA), Robotics Automation (RA), and Application Support. This role is designed for a strategic people and operations leader - someone who can strengthen leadership maturity within the team, enhance stakeholder management, and enable scalability across our global technology operations. You will partner closely with leaders across the U.S. and Europe to ensure alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence — a key leadership role that requires relocation to Vilnius, Lithuania for candidates currently based outside the country.

The monthly gross base salary range is 6,056 – 8,750 EUR. This range represents an anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
